otiose

Dictionary word of the day:

otiose OH-shee-ohs; OH-tee-, adjective:
1. Ineffective; futile.
2. Being at leisure; lazy; indolent; idle.
3. Of no use.

So….. occasionally there are moments where I'm like…is what I am doing of any therapeutic use? Maybe I'm just OT-iose at those times.
