It's almost 10am…I popped on to check e-mail but I'm going to lie back down I think..after taking some Alleve and turning down A/C….I had one of the worst nights I've had in a long time – too much caffeine I guess – I tossed and turned until way past 4am, had dreams of suffocation and claustrophobia and fear and sadness, headaches, you name it….ughhhhhh
